The Loft at Coventry
The Loft is a two bedroom, self contained apartment with its own private entrance, situated in the attic space of our family home, which was built in 1880. Within, a few minutes walk are the transport museum, Herbert Art Gallery & Museum, the Cathedral, St Mary's Guildhall, Coventry University, and the Belgrade Theatre. As well as shops and places to eat. Also, within the city centre is Fargo Village which has independent shops and dining. Warwick University is just over 3 miles away from the city centre.
A City Oasis
The Loft offers an opportunity to relax and enjoy its comfortable surroundings whilst in the hub of a busy city. Both of the bedrooms have double beds, with space in the main bedroom for a travel cot or put up bed for younger members of the family. Bedding in both rooms is 800tc for a comfortable nights sleep. With cushions and throws on both beds from Laura Ashley.
Those Important Details
On arrival you will find a welcome hamper with a bottle of wine, a pint of milk, bread, butter, mini trio of jam, marmalade and honey. There is also tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar. Please advise us if you require Glutin free bread? In the bathroom are Elsyl toiletries. Within the property are books, board games and DVDs. Wifi is free. Parking is secure on our gated driveway. A hard wired smoke alarm system has been installed within the entire property.
Pets are not allowed in the loft. We do not allow Hen or Stag Parties.
Smoking is not allowed in The Loft or within the gardens of the house.
